What about sale items?

Sale items can be returned but are not eligible for exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Who pays for return if I don't like the item?

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning item(s). The exact cost varies globally based on your location and chosen carrier. As a guideline, return shipping typically ranges from €5–€15 within the EU and €15–€40 internationally. We will refund the cost of the button covers once approved, but the original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable.

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Orders are processed quickly and packed safely to keep your covers protected in transit. Delivery within the Netherlands is usually the fastest, while most EU orders arrive within a few business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio. Free shipping is available on orders over €50, and Black Friday bundles help you reach that threshold easily.

We stand behind the quality of our handmade pieces. If your covers arrive with a defect or experience an unexpected issue under normal use, please reach out to us with your order details and a photo. We will review the case quickly and provide a replacement or solution. Our goal is simple: you should feel confident wearing your covers every time.
