SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order arrive?
🇳🇱 Netherlands: Order before 23:00 → delivered tomorrow
🇧🇪 Belgium: 2–4 days
🇩🇪 Germany: 2–4 days
🇫🇷 France: 3–5 days
🌍 Other countries: 4–10 business days based on the destination.
For destinations with >5 calendar days, we display delivery in business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your account page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping times vary by location, and the estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.
What if my package is delayed?
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

I didn't receive my confirmation email
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your confirmation.
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to modify it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the changes you'd like to make.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your complete payment details. All payments are processed through secure payment providers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are possible if the item is unused.

If you're located in another country, please email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, and we'll arrange it manually.
What about sale items?
Sale items can be returned but are not eligible for exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
