You have 14 days to return your item, starting from the day you received it.

Return conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging.

• You need an order confirmation or proof of payment.

 

Requesting a return:

For a smooth and easy process, please use our return portal here. The portal is available for most EU countries.

If your country is not listed, or if you find the portal’s shipping rates too high, you may create the shipment yourself. In this case, send an email to support@buttonamsterdam.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of the issue

• Photos of the item

Our team will review your request and inform you as soon as possible if the return is accepted. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important: Returns sent directly to our physical office address are not accepted and will not be refunded, as we are unable to process returns from that location.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

• Shipping costs are at your own expense.

• Items with damage are not eligible for exchange.

• An order confirmation and proof of payment are required.

• If the new product has a different price, the difference will be settled.

• Items purchased at a discount cannot be refunded or exchanged at the original price.
