You are skilled and responsible for:

  • Branded illustrations and iconography – Creating custom visual elements that align with brand identity and communicate key messages effectively
  • Designing static ads for paid channels – Developing eye-catching advertisements optimized for social media, display networks, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Infographics and brand assets – Transforming complex data and information into visually engaging graphics that enhance understanding and retention
  • Product packaging and label design – Crafting compelling packaging solutions that attract customers and reinforce brand positioning at point-of-sale
  • Content retouching and refinement – Enhancing photographs and graphics to achieve professional, polished results that meet brand standards

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle – Demonstrated experience creating sophisticated, aesthetically compelling work in premium consumer categories
  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma – Proficiency with industry-standard design tools for both vector and raster graphics, plus modern collaborative design platforms
  • Strong eye for detail, composition, and branding – Natural ability to balance visual elements, maintain proportion and hierarchy, and create designs that authentically represent brand values

Reel Editor / Video Editor

Part-Time Freelancer

You are skilled and responsible for:

  • Editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) – Crafting compelling vertical video content optimized for social media platforms with attention-grabbing hooks and seamless flow
  • Turning shoot footage into engaging performance-driven videos – Transforming raw material into polished, high-impact content that drives views, engagement, and conversions
  • Creative pacing, cuts, transitions, and storytelling – Using dynamic editing techniques to maintain viewer attention and communicate brand narratives effectively within seconds
  • Optimizing videos for organic reach and paid performance – Understanding platform algorithms and best practices to maximize visibility and campaign effectiveness
  • Light motion graphics and text animations – Adding visual interest through kinetic typography, lower thirds, and simple animated elements that enhance messaging

    Requirements
  • Proficient with Premiere Pro and After Effects – Strong command of industry-standard editing software for both cutting and motion design work
  • Understanding of performance-oriented content – Knowledge of what makes social media content perform well, including platform-specific formats and engagement triggers
  • Fast turnaround and ability to think in social-first formats – Comfortable working quickly while maintaining quality, with an intuitive grasp of vertical video, trending styles, and platform best practices

Media Buyer (Meta / Google)

Part-Time Freelancer

You are skilled and responsible for:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns – Building and refining Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to achieve performance targets and maximize return on ad spend
  • Scaling winning creatives and managing retargeting funnels – Identifying high-performing ads and strategically expanding their reach while nurturing prospects through the customer journey
  • Performance reporting and insights – Analyzing campaign data to extract actionable insights and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
  • Testing creatives, audiences, and placements – Conducting systematic experiments to discover the most effective combinations of messaging, targeting, and ad positioning
  • Potential expansion into Google Ads – Opportunity to broaden campaign management into search, display, and YouTube advertising as the role evolves

Requirements

  • Experience in Meta Ads for e-commerce brands – Proven track record managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns specifically for direct-to-consumer or online retail businesses

Store Manager & Theme Developer

Part-Time Freelancer

You are skilled and responsible for:

  • Managing the online store, collections, and product upload cycles – Overseeing day-to-day store operations including inventory organization, product launches, and maintaining accurate catalog information
  • Theme development and UX improvements aligned with marketing goals – Customizing and enhancing the website experience to support conversion objectives and brand positioning
  • Implementing updates during launches and seasonal campaigns – Executing timely site changes for promotions, new collections, and marketing initiatives while maintaining site stability
  • Collaborating with marketing on CRO and conversion optimization – Working alongside the marketing team to identify friction points and implement improvements that increase conversion rates
  • Troubleshooting layout, theme, or integration issues – Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to site appearance, functionality, and third-party tool integration

Requirements

  • Experience with Shopify, Liquid, and theme customization – Hands-on proficiency with the Shopify platform, its templating language, and the ability to modify themes to meet specific requirements
  • Understanding of CRO, ecommerce UX, and onsite merchandising – Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles, user experience best practices, and how to present products effectively online
  • Ability to translate brand identity into seamless on-site experience – Skill in implementing design systems and brand guidelines consistently across the entire customer journey
