Exchanges and returns

 

You have 14 days to return your item, starting from the day you received it.


Return conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You need an order confirmation or proof of payment.

 

Requesting a return:

Send an email to support@buttonamsterdam.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the item

 

Our team will review your request and inform you as soon as possible if the return is accepted. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

  • Shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Items with damage are not eligible for exchange.

  • An order confirmation and proof of payment are required.

  • If the new product has a different price, the difference will be settled.

  • Items purchased at a discount cannot be refunded or exchanged at the original price.

Damaged or defective items

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will send you a confirmation. The refund will then be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
